Meeting Rooms

The Livingston-Park County Public Library provides meeting room space for Library sponsored and co-sponsored programs, and for other meetings and programs of an informational, educational, cultural or civic nature.

Please note:  As of October 1, 2011, the Teen Room will no longer be an overflow public meeting space.  As originally intended, the Teen Room will be solely used for teen activities, and for library-related events.

The Bev Steveson Program Room has a capacity of 75 adults and includes audio/visual equipment and a small kitchenette for serving light refreshments.  This room must be scheduled and confirmed in advance.  (See the link below to the official meeting room policy.)

The Monte Chadborne Tutor Room is suitable for interviews and teacher-student study sessions and may be used on a first come, first served basis without prior scheduling.

The Library supports the principles set forth in the American Library Association Bill of Rights (1996), which states:

Libraries which make exhibit spaces and meeting rooms available to the public they serve should make such facilities available on an equitable basis, regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of individuals or groups requesting their use.

To inquire about the availability of a room, please call the library at 222-0862.  The official meeting room policy (and application) can be found here.
